This Shipping Policy explains how we process, pack, ship, and deliver your orders. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Processing

All orders are processed after your payment has been successfully confirmed. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During festivals, holiday seasons, product launches, or promotional sales, processing may take slightly longer due to higher order volumes.

Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Before dispatch, every product undergoes a quality inspection and is carefully packed to minimize the risk of damage during transportation.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times depend on your location and the courier partner.

• Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
• Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 Business Days
• Remote Areas: 5–10 Business Days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Unexpected delays caused by weather conditions, transportation issues, natural disasters, courier service disruptions, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery schedules.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location, package weight, and applicable shipping method. Any shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. The terms and eligibility for such offers will be mentioned on our website.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details. This confirms that we have received your order request.

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive another email containing your shipment details and tracking information, where available.

Order Tracking

Once your shipment leaves our warehouse, a tracking number will be shared via email or SMS (where applicable). You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment until it reaches your delivery address.

Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become available.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts before returning a package. If you are unavailable during delivery, please coordinate directly with the courier partner using the tracking details provided.

If the package is returned to us because delivery could not be completed due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and PIN code are correct before placing your order.

Madan Vihari Handicraft is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.

Packaging

Our handcrafted products are packed securely using quality packaging materials to help protect them during transit. While we take every possible precaution, minor wear to the outer packaging caused during shipping may occasionally occur without affecting the product inside.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, opened, or tampered with, please take photographs before opening it and contact us immediately.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us with your order number and supporting photographs. We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Lost Shipments

If your tracking information shows unusual delays or your shipment appears to be lost, please contact us. We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the shipment and keep you informed throughout the process.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for selected destinations. Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities unless otherwise stated.
